Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are a heterogeneous population of immature
hematopoietic precursors known to suppress immune responses. Interaction of SIRP alpha
(SIRPα), expressed by myeloid cells, with the ubiquitous receptor CD47 is an important
